Old Bush Shiraz
Deep plum with purple hues, followed on the nose by fresh cherry and plum fruit. The palate is medium to full bodied with blackberry-strawberry-cherry fruit flavours. Medium tannins with a fairly long finish, this wine is for immediate enjoyment.

Merlot
Rich ruby-purple; berry, blueberry, black cherry, vanilla, chocolate aromas. Young and simple with straigh tforward soft fruity flavours, light body, young tannins and a quick to medium fi nish.

Cabernet . Merlot
Crimson reds with purple hues, an enticing bouquet of cherries, plums and subtle spices. The wine displays lovely rich, soft dark berry flavours with hints of cinnamon, subtle vanillin oak and soft, fine tannins.
The palate is well balanced with a good length.

Durif
Full bodied wine, deep purple red with a complexity of flavours from blackberry and prunes to ripe raspberry, chocolate and coffee nuances. The slight French oak adds light tannins to a long, pleasant finish. For immediate consumption or cellaring.

Chambourcin
A French hybrid of Vitis vinifera and Vitis rupestris. Rich purple reds with unusual characteristics of dark berry, mulberry and cherry fruit flavours. Aromatic, robust and fruity with a short finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Dark ruby with rich and mellow complex fruit tones. A distinct Cabernet to the Mudgee region with aromas of plum, spice, vanilla, anise, cedar and a hint of oak. Well integrated with ripe, sweet fruit flavours, medium body, light tannins and a fairly long finish.

Clia Chardonnay
Golden with honeydew melon, pears and mineral aromas. Distinct chardonnay with fl avours of ripe fruit, lemon zest, fi g and butter. Medium to full bodied, crisp, slightly sweet, with a hint of new French oak, an easy drinking Chardonnay.

Sauvignon Blanc
A clear pale yellow, slightly sweet with melon, citrus and lemongrass aromas. Fresh citrus being the main flavours with a hint of oak. Smooth and light-bodied with a long pleasant finish.

Tara Semillion
A sweet fruity wine, pale straw in colour with aromas of melon, lemon and fresh fi gs. Vibrant and fresh with a good underlying acidity. Lifted pineapple and citrus aromas with hints of peach. The palate is crisp and refreshing with fresh citrus and tropical flavours.
